Yu Fei is an RMT and DOMP who graduated from the massage therapy program at Oxford College of Arts, Business, and Technology.

Na Qu

Na has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2014 when she graduated from the Royal Institute of Science and Management and is in good standing with CMTO. Na’s massage treatments are tailored according to the client’s needs in order to ensure the best results possible. She has experience in the use of therapies as deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, Chinese Tuina, and hot stone massage. Na enjoys educating patients on ways they can maintain their joints, muscle, and postural health through movement and postural awareness. She is committed to listening to your health goals and upholding the highest quality of care. Na is attending Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine courses and she is always looking for opportunities to advance her knowledge for the needs of her client.

Yali Jin

Yali was drawn to massage to provide support to those on their own journey of mental, physical and emotional well-being and is happy to be a member of the Better Health & Wellness team.

She believes that understanding the body and how it works is the foundation needed to give a great effective massage, regardless if the goal is addressing issues or simple relaxation.  Her RMT training provided that foundation.

She is a registered member of CMTO and an active member of the RMTAO.  She is trained and has experience in providing several different types of massage treatments including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger point, prenatal and relaxation therapy.  She has a broad knowledge of various modalities including hot stone, reflexology and cupping which promote the flow of qi (life force energy), bringing balance to your body.

Yali takes pride in her work recognizing the need for a wholistic approach to meet the unique needs of every client and the importance of educating her clients.


Registered Massage Therapist

Elena Guileua

As a young girl, Elena was known to informally practice massage on family and friends, receiving much positive feedback and outcomes. After a few years of a career in Social Work, Elena finally accepted her calling in Massage Therapy and became a proud graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto.

Elena's passion is helping people, so her approach to massage therapy is to help you heal by addressing the problems resulting in pain or discomfort. To do this, she takes the time to listen to your experiences, including a full assessment.

Elena gained experience treating a wide range of conditions and needs, including motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, post-operative, pre-natal, nervous system disorders (MS), and other chronic conditions.

Elena also enhanced her education at the Thoracic Surgery Unit at the Toronto General Hospital and spinal cord rehab at the Lyndhurst Rehabilitation Institute. Furthermore, she has enriched her background by gaining knowledge and practicing equine massage.

Registered Massage Therapist

Min Zou

Min has been working as a registered massage therapist for over 10 years. She is trained and has experience of several types of massage. This includes Sweish, Chinese Tui-Na, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and Thai massage.

Min is good at dealing with neck, shoulder, lower back and sciatic pain. She will continually updating her skills and knowledge by taking courses and research.


Nutrition Specialist

Wei Wang

Wei graduated from the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management with a Master of Business Administration. He was the former senior executive of a publicly listed company and the founder of Conway Quanyou Health Center.

Wei studied at the Canadian Institute of Natural Health and became a Registered Nutrition Consultant in Ontario. Now representing Quanyou Health to deliver the Nutrition and Weight Management Program at Better Health & Wellness.

Nutrition Specialist

Qu Yang

Qu graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Master of Science degree. Before her career in nutritional science, Qu worked for various pharmaceutical companies in drug and medicine development, and in 2008 she founded Dafree Inc.

In 2012 she began the study and practice of nutritional medicine, and since 2014 she has worked on developing and promoting the Joint Venture Clinic project.


Foot Specialist

Natasha Glodon

Natasha Glodon is a Foot Specialist in practice since 1997. She opened Foot Oasis in 2003 in North Burlington and relocated in 2016 to Harvester Road where the dream of an expanded multidisciplinary clinic was realized.  Natasha further expanded her practice internationally by partnering with the Comfeet Foot Care Clinic in Barbados, where she worked on the island five at least times each year. 

A University of Toronto graduate with double majors in microbiology and human biology, Natasha is also a graduate of the Michener Institute for Applied Sciences. Natasha also completed an elective in Complimentary Medicine, which highlights the use of: acupuncture, therapeutic touch, chi gong, chiropractic and massage, and their application for podiatric care. These skills and expertise allow her patients to benefit from her breadth of education and immense experience in Chiropody. Natasha has served as staff chiropodist and clinical resource at McMaster University Family Health Practice Clinical coordinator at St. Johns Rehab along with various other roles.

General Manager

Sherry Malatesta

Before devoting her work full-time to Better Health & Wellness, she served as a manager for a large federal corporation for over 9 years. She has extensive experience in management, supervision, and administration. She has also taught GMP, Health and Safety courses at the Ontario College of Technology for 6 years.

Her educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Food Sciences at the University of Guelph and a dipolma from the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology Canada.
